Week 34: In debt we trust!!

Dear reader, "A sum of money that is owed or due" Since the market meltdown before the lock down in march the markets have recovered back to their normal highs. The crisis looks like a bump in the road if you compare it to the major down turns from 2000 and 2008. The reason for all of this is the fact that there has been so much money printed during the last months that the financial debt bubble has been rising ever since and will continue on this road.   This week I am diving into the fact what has happened in the last few months that have made it happen why the markets are back to normal. Also what the effect is of continued money printing and what will happen when we run out of air. Week 33: The Game Changers!!

Dear reader, Last year in the fall I have watched the documentary The Game Changers. I am always exploring new ways to improve myself and to make sure I can live a healthier, stronger and longer life. What The Game Changers is about is the world of top fitness experts and athletes going vegan. Yes this blog is about food. During the last year I have been experimenting with different diets, food programs and meals to see what works out the best for me.  Since the start of this year I have stopped eating meat on a regular basis. I have occasionally eaten meat but it has not been my main part of the meal. So in this weeks blog I am going to take you on my journey with no meat, eating vegetarian and vegan. Week 30: New era of working!!

Dear reader, We live in a 24 hour economy. Most stores are open seven days a week and online you can do your shopping 24 hours a day. With the use of the internet, social media and growing demand for online shopping our life's become digital and we are able to work around the clock. During the corona crisis most offices have been empty and people have been working from home now for the last few months. It is a new era in work, life and pleasure. Today I going to take you on my journey in what I see as working, how I work and why working a 9 to 5 job is hardly not possible in today's environment. Also I am going to look at what success needs with regards to the time you work or the schedule you have.
