Dear reader,  "A person that influences another"  When we see or hear the word influencer then we think of a famous person on Instagram or YouTube. But not all influencers are famous or they have a big following on social media. Some influencers are smaller, they can be within your own personal network of friends and family. People around you and online can make you think in a specific way and act in a specific way. This last one can be for the good or the bad to. There are a lot of people that have great and good influence and there are some that have bad influence. Dear reader,  "An estimate or forecast of a future situation based on a study of present trends"  The year is nearing an end, with just the last weeks to go it is time to start looking at the next year. This is a year that probably a lot of people want to forget quickly. With restrictions and lock downs people are hoping for a better year to come in 2021. Of course each year has its ups and downs, it is almost impossible to project what is going to happen next. No one could have projected that the world would have gone in lock down and that a virus would take over the entire world.  I am always a bit susceptible about projections. No one truly has a crystal ball and can see what will be happening next for us. That is why I am happy that the definition includes the words estimate and based on present trends. Dear reader,  "The capacity to accept or tolerate delay, problems or suffering without becoming annoyed or anxious" Sometimes in life you need to have patience. Because we are often in a hurry and we want something to happen sooner then later it is important to understand patience. With patience you can achieve a lot more. It gives you time to think, reevaluate or make better decisions then when you keep rushing in and out a project or investment. Sometimes patience can work in your favor and other times it is a great lesson that teaches you to wait or react.  This week I am going to look at patience. The reason I want to talk about patience is because it takes time to grow a tree or a flower. You need to plant a seed, give it water and sunlight and it will grow out of itself. Dear reader,  The last quarter of the year as almost ended. With just a few more weeks to go in 2020 this crazy year is almost done with. Because we have only a few more weeks to go I want to look back on the final quarter of the year a bit earlier then normal. It has been a tough year and when you have your goals for the year you need to keep them up as much as you can.  Just like my previous quarter check ups I am going to look at my board and see how I have been doing this quarter and see what I can do to finish the last few weeks of strong with the holidays coming up.
