Week 24: Sleep!!

Week 23: 90 days of mediation!!

Dear reader, "Focus on one's mind for a period of time, in silence or with the aid of chanting, for religious or spiritual purpose or as a method of relaxation" For the last several months I have been experimenting with different habits, I have been braking bad habits and creating new one's. For about a year I have been experimenting and learning about the powers of mediation and mindfulness. While reading and learning about the most successful people in the world a lot of them practice and use their spiritual power and energy to gain their success and fortune. For almost the last 90 days I have been meditating every evening before going to sleep. Week 22: News!!

Dear reader, "Newly received or noteworthy information, especially about recent events" We have many different forms of news, from the 'traditional media' to the 'social media'. But with so much different types of news and outlets what is the true definition about 'noteworthy information'. Four 24 hours a day we have information flowing in and out our systems, either to inform us or to mis form us. The news has a powerful role in the type of information we get. For the last several years I have realized that news has changed, not only the way news is presented but also the type of news we received has changed. For this year not a lot of good has happened, such as the Australian wild fires, to the corona virus and now black life's matter protests all around the world.
